Do I need an appointment? No, appointments are not necessary. Service is first come, first serve. We offer expedited services if needed.

What are your hours? We are open Monday through Friday from 9am until 7pm and Saturdays from 9am until 5pm. If these hours do not accommodate your schedule, you can schedule an after-hours appointment or call us directly to set a time up that is most convenient for you. (585-392-TECH(8324).

Where should I park? Although some people are lucky enough to find a prime parking spot right outside of our main doors on South Ave, there is more parking on the south side of the building.  Look for the Family Dollar sign; we are the doors to the left.  Call us when you park if you need assistance bringing in your equipment.

What should I bring? If you are bringing in your laptop, be sure to include your power cord. Desktops do not require anything additional;you can leave your power cords & accessories at home. If you are having issues with specific equipment such as printers, routers, or software bring it along with you for testing.  Fresh chocolate chip cookies are optional but appreciated.

Do you fix Macs? Yes, we fix Macs! We fix all brands. Bring it.  (Literally)

Do you fix Ipod® screens? Nope. You are on your own with that one, sorry.

How long will it take to fix my computer? That’s a really good question! We are a first-come, first-serve operation, but we do offer RUSH service for those of you who just can’t wait.

Do you sell computers? Yes, we sell custom and brand name computers and accessories.

Do you buy computers? No, unfortunately we don’t buy them, but we’d be more than happy to recycle them for you.

Do you recycle old computers and equipment? Yup, we sure do. Click here for more information on recycling.

Can you do a cartwheel? Yes, but barely.

Lola’s FAQ corner:

What kind of dog is that? According to the ad in the paper, we picked Lola up as a “Pomeranian.” But we think she might be a mix of that, an alien, pot-bellied pig, and an American Eskimo. Either way, we like her all the same.

Is that dog real? Yes, Lola is a living, breathing pup. She just likes to sleep. A lot.

Is that your watch dog? Your funny. The only thing Lola watches is the back of her eyelids.

Does Lola have a fan club? No, not at this time, however she does appreciate the occasional shout out.
