I’ve had occasion to use Monroe Tech services on my personal computer, once to clean up my system, excellent service. The second time was to upgrade to Windows 7, fast and timely service. The next time was to help me understand some of the NEW changes with the upgrade, Chris actually came to my home and straightened me out. Next problem ( again…my error) Joe fixed my issues ONLINE from your shop.
I am curator of the Parma Museum and we purchased a new computer from Monroe Tech… Great price and super fast installation and connection to our computer system which is connected to the Parma Hilton Historical Society computer, also purchased their computer from your company. This required wiring the two computers into a shared computer system. Again…Your people did fine work and in the time they said it would be finished.
Myself and the Parma Museum highly recommend you for computer work.

Starting a new business is daunting enough but working with Monroe Tech has helped me to get a good start in my business. Not being familiar with the different point of sales that were available I asked Chris and he was very patient in explaining the point of sale that he uses. After he set up my register he went over the system with me and my staff. Chris is always available to help me out and has even come to the store during my ‘getting my feet wet’ period. Jill is always helpful and provides much support. If she can’t help me then she contacts Chris. I can count on getting my answers from Monroe Tech quickly and feel very supported from the services they provide. I am very pleased with the personal attention that I receive from everyone at Monroe Tech.
